Across the Holy Land families have been torn apart by war, conflict and tragedy. Mothers raising children alone carry the whole burden of food, shelter and schooling; children lose access to education, healthcare and the security every child deserves. This fund exists so that no child is left without support because a parent has been lost.

Education is how a Christian family stays in the Holy Land. This fund carries the cost of schooling — fees, books, uniforms and transport — for children whose families cannot meet it, in the schools of the Latin Patriarchate and the Christian institutions the Order sustains.

Around 330,000 children under fourteen live between Bethlehem and Hebron. When they fall ill, Caritas Baby Hospital is where they go — the only hospital in the West Bank caring exclusively for children. Up to 82 children can be treated in its wards, and its intensive care unit equips it for critical cases.

The first Catholic university in the Holy Land and the first university in Palestine. In the Lasallian tradition it is dedicated to academic excellence and to forming responsible leaders in Palestinian society, supporting education as a path to peace and justice.

Founded in 1955, the Association of Saint James serves the Hebrew-speaking Catholic communities of Israel. It forms an autonomous Vicariate within the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem, with communities active today in six major cities.

An evening of fellowship, faith and solidarity in support of the children of the Holy Land. Seats and tables for the gala dinner, and gifts from those who cannot attend, all go directly to the children.
